Items received by post


If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item by post,
unopened
(with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item; we do not refund the of cost postage and packaging.
We can only accept the return of
opened items
if they are faulty. You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact us in the first instance before going to the effort, time and cost of returning it as we may be able to rectify the problem for you. If this is not possible, or we can not solve the problem we will accept the returned item and provide you with a replacement or refund for the item.

Items received by email or as downloads


We are unable to accept returns of downloaded items once our system confirms the downloading has been commenced or the email sent. We provide a time limited code (24 hours) in case the connection is lost part way through the downloading process. If you find you are unable to open any items sent to you by email or as downloads for any reason please contact us and we will work with you to find out why and rectify the situation.

Write to us or email us with your order number and exact name, telephone number, postal and email address.

In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.

Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty information, licences, manuals and accessories.
